We must approve all returns before you can return them. If you need to return an item, contact us and include the reason that you wish to return the item(s), your phone number and a valid e-mail address. After approval, you will be provided with a return address.
If the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect or damaged during shipment, a claim must be filed via e-mail within 10 days of receipt of the item and you will receive a reply within a business day. After your claim has been processed, we will either replace the item(s) or a return will be authorized.
We have strong faith that our entire product line will meet your quality standards. We will replace any defective or damaged item(s) immediately at our expense. Please notify us as soon as possible without exceeding 10 day limit after delivery of merchandise. Returns with complete documentation will receive priority. We do not refund money unless your order is shipped partially. However, we will replace the item(s) or issue a credit for your future orders. Please note that shipping charges for products returned for credit are not refundable, and we will not be responsible for returns lost while in transit.
Regardless of original shipment method, replacements will be always shipped via ground unless customer agrees to pay the difference for expedited shipment methods.
